NOTIFICATION: OUR COMPANY IDENTITY

Please take note.

As you are aware, the Closed Corporation option for companies is falling away. All companies have a limited time period in which to convert to a (Pty) Ltd company. Coupled with this and a potential investment into our company, we have decided to exercise our option and to change with immediate effect.

Vlocity Solutions cc and NS-Wireless cc have been working together for a number of years now. Vlocity and NS-Wireless were originally going to merge into a single entity, to be known as Vlocity Wireless (Pty) Ltd. We also considered switching the brand to Vipernet but have subsequently decided to stay with the Vlocity brand.

NS-Wireless cc will become Vlocity Communications (Pty) Ltd and all our clients will now fall under this umbrella. In the interim and until this has been registered with CIPC we will be operating as NS-Wireless cc, trading as Vlocity.

With immediate effect we will only be trading under the brand of “Vlocity”

All our bank accounts that you currently use to pay into will remain active and there is no need to make any changes. With immediate effect all invoicing will now be done from NS Wireless cc t/a Vlocity until the registration from the CIPC has been completed.
