Conditions of service and installations.

Hardware and Monthly Services

Process:-

• Estimate/Quotation, Site Visit or Site Plot.
• Pro-Forma Invoice will be provided
• 100% Payment expected prior to installation.
• Installation
  • Successfull installation. Adjustments - Debits/Credits. Adjustments or additional equipment installed need to be settled on completion. If an additional Relay was quoted but not used - this will result in immediate Refund
  • UnSuccessfull or Failed Installation - Immediate full credit with the exception of any noted excluded expenses.
• Fixed Monthly Services
  • Current month Pro Rata due with following month payment.
  • All full monthly services are due in advance on or before the 7th of the month to avoid termination of services.
• Variabe services - eg. Per Gig accumulated data - due within 7 days of invoice.

All month to month services require a debit order.
