Reseller terms and Conditions.

Conditions: Resellers must

• Complete and sign a reseller agreement.
• Submit payments on or before 7th of the service month.
• Have more than 1 Customer.
• Comply with the retail prices provided by Vlocity.

Discounts to resellers are graded against performance estimates provided or performed by the reseller.

Resellers will be graded into 3 categories relative to the performance and increased monthly revenues.

• Startup
• Intermediate
• Advanced

These targets will be calculated and discussed with the relative dealers.
