Unshaped services. On this service offering we do not manage the data, that is left to the client. Any service used can be expected to operate at the same speeds as advertised. However, care must be taken with this service. Since we do not manage or prioritise the traffic, one type of traffic may override another causing drops on one service or another.

This service is exclusivly sold on a rate per Gigabyte basis. Its a high volume broadband service.

Note - For Speeds in excess of 4 Megs broadband - installations may require more than a standard install. Please apply for installation costs for any High Speed services or specific SLA's.

Shaped services do NOT Support Public IP Addresses.
Shaped services do not support SSH, VPN, Torrents or any hosting services.

Our Broadband services do not support VoIP. We have VoIP and VPN Services which are managed differently on our network.
