Installations vary from site to site. In many cases we may have to provide a relay link. Wireless requires a very clear line of site (LOS).

Very often we are affected by interference from other wireless systems. After the installation, we may have to "Tweak" the system. This can be a lengthy process as we attempt to find a frequency best suited to your installation. Note that tweaking or changing frequencies is done on the tower not the client site. The result is we may have to test or even reinstall a site to get a suitable interference free connection.

Other installations from unknown companies may interfere with a connection even after we have attained an optimal frequency. A link may work well for months, and then when someone else places a device too close or within the same frequency, we may have to return to the site to restablish a reliable signal.
