After Hours (Non SLA) R 250.00 per incident
Asterisk/MyPBX Support R 500 Per Month per server
After Hours telephonic support will be charged at R250 per incident
Desktop and Non-Vlocity services and support

Warrantly equipment replacement is only done if the equipment fails due to manuifacturers fault or failure
 Goods outside of the warranty period are subject to costs of replacement, and all laboutr and travel costs.
The support technician on site is not in our billing department. He will request a Job card to be signed. However, he does not manage the costing of the Job. Job Cards must be signed on completion of any work done. Failing which we reserve the right to stop the service until such time as the Job Card is signed. Signing the Job Card is not an acknowledgement of debt, merely an agreement in terms of hours of labour and any parts provided. Costings will apply once the job card is processed. The invoice will follow.
